I came, I saw, I reviewed
A splendid stay! Enjoyed a really good breakfast, with ample choices that fueled my day. The central location was a gem. The room was comfortable but needed some TLC, especially regarding cleanliness. The hotel staff was responsive, promptly addressing our feedback about the bed. Would return for the location and breakfast!

Simple, modest but comfortable hotel Our room was small but sufficient, with a comfortable bed of adequate size. We found no deficiencies in terms of cleanliness. Correct, adequate, although not very varied breakfast and with some deficiencies, among other things because the space available is small. The dining room for breakfast is not very big and, although in our case we did not have to wait, I think that at some point it can get saturated. The location is good, in the most commercial area of Oslo, two streets from Karl Johans gate and 10 minutes walk from the Central Station . For the price of the room, in relation to the prices of Norway and Oslo, the hotel is suitable and recommended.
The furniture, decoration and some equipment are outdated, but except for aesthetics, it does not detract from the functionality and comfort of the hotel . The breakfast is correct although not very varied and there is little space available. The dining room for breakfast is not very large and, although in our case we do not have to wait, I think that at some point it can become saturated. There was a mistake at check-in and we were initially given a room that was occupied. It is a human error but quite serious and in a hotel they should do everything possible to avoid it. On the other hand, the total amount of the stay was charged when we checked in and because of a misunderstanding, they charged it to the reservation card and we intended to pay in cash. We tried to rectify it but there was not much willingness to do so. As it was not critical, we did not insist on it.

Cozy room with a comfortable bed. The size of the room met my expectations... Bathroom's great. It had a bathtub besides a shower... There was a buffet for breakfast. There was a wide variety of food and drinks, but it didn't change during the week. So if you decided to stop for a long time, the food might be good.
It was cold in the room for a couple of nights, although the heating control was set to full. It felt like the water was coming into the battery in some kind of way. Five minutes warm battery, then 25 minutes cold again. As part of the wishes, there was no refrigerator in the room, we missed it.

Absolutely fantastic to find sockets almost on the floor, just so conveninent! The corridors were surprisingly dirty. Considering the utter chaos, I expected at least a complimentary gesture, but no, just treated like everyone else. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, disappointingly bland experience.

We chose this hotel because it was the only one on our dates at an adequate price and in the center. The center is a short walk from the parliament building. On the one hand, it was cool to leave the hotel and go straight to the center. On the other hand, the room was quite noisy, the street where the windows looked out, though not wide, but with active traffic... The room was small, I expected to be bigger, but then I was in other hotels in Oslo - everywhere about this size. The room had a teapot - very comfortable. It was cold when we arrived, because the heating was off during the day, but we turned it on at night - we were not cold... Breakfast is good, you might even say, very good (if not compared to another hotel where it was luxurious).
The hotel's not new, there's a certain sense of scabbardiness inside. The windows aren't airtight, you can hear the street noise. Overall, a very good hotel in the center for that money.

The staff was friendly during our check-in process.
During my three-night stay, the lack of cleaning was unbearable. Despite the rooms being tidy, they weren't attended to once! On top of that, the carpets in the corridors were filthy. I couldn't believe there was no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. Asking for those essentials felt demeaning!

Recommend it for families with children
The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of food, from savory to sweet. There was a small grocery shop right in front of the hotel, clutch for snacks after a long day.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

Upgraded and pleasant hotel, the services were exceptional, magnificent location excellent near to the Christmas market. Location: the venue was adjacent to major attractions, main shopping street and harbour. Neat and soundproof room even with extra bed, I had a very good stay.
